VoterHub provides citizen access to voter-related information. This policy explains the information that may be processed when you use portal searches, contact support or access website features.
1. Portal Usage
When you access the portal, limited technical information may be processed to deliver pages securely, maintain service performance and protect the portal from misuse.
2. Information Collection
The portal may collect information you voluntarily submit, including your name, email address, phone number, support subject and message. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information through the contact form.
3. Search Information
Search fields may include a voter name, EPIC number, district, assembly, ward or polling booth. These details are processed to return relevant records and are not intended for advertising or unrelated profiling.
4. Cookies
Essential cookies may be used for security, session continuity and user preferences. Any optional analytics or non-essential cookies should be disclosed separately before use.
5. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect portal communications, restrict unauthorised access and monitor service integrity. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Handling
Information should be retained only for as long as required to provide the requested service, respond to support enquiries, meet legal obligations or maintain portal security. Access should be limited to authorised personnel and service providers.
